Martyn’s Law, without the blank template.

From 200 people at once, the Act asks for four procedures and people who know them. Draft them from your answers, send them round, and keep them current, alongside every other record your building keeps.

Standard is £29 a month per building, or £290 a year. Unlimited people.

Sound familiar?

  • We think we go over 200 on a busy day. Now what?
  • We downloaded a template. It’s still blank.
  • Who’s going to make sure the staff have actually read it?
  • When the regulator asks, what do we show them?

None of it is anyone’s fault. It’s what happens when the records live in drawers, inboxes and people’s heads.

Everything in Small, plus Martyn’s Law

Set up from a few questions about your building, so you start with the right list and nothing you don’t need.

How it works for standard

  1. Twelve questions, four drafts

About ten minutes. Every step comes from your answers; anything unanswered is flagged.

  2. Send them round

Staff and volunteers read and confirm on their phone. You see who hasn’t.

  3. Keep them current

A yearly walkthrough and review, and everyone asked again when a procedure changes.

About a minutefor someone to read and confirm a procedure on their phone. No account, no password, no app.
Hi Sam,Fire plan
  1. Raise the alarm at the nearest call point.
  2. Garden out by the side gate.
  3. Meet in the car park by the sign.

The standard tier, in plain terms.

Four procedures, evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication, and making sure the people who work there know them. Nothing to build, nothing to buy. Places of worship and schools are always standard tier, however large.

Questions we hear

We already have our procedures.

Drop them in. They’re filed, dated and sent round to read, and the yearly review keeps them current.

What’s the difference from Small?

Martyn’s Law, contractor upload links and your branding on the evidence pack. Everything else is the same.

When does Martyn’s Law start?

The Government’s expected date is spring 2027. Setting up now means the procedures are known well before then.

We’re a church or a school.

You’re always standard tier, whatever your size, so you never pay the Large price.
