The enhanced tier, run properly.

From 800 people, the Act adds a named senior individual, a register of public protection measures and a documented assessment for the regulator. Large adds the team features to run it, and a setup call to get you there.

Large is £99 a month per building, or £990 a year, with a setup call and priority support.

Sound familiar?

  • The regulator wants a documented assessment. Where do we start?
  • Three departments, three spreadsheets, one building.
  • One signature on a safety check isn’t enough for us.
  • The board wants a summary, not a forty-page PDF.

None of it is anyone’s fault. It’s what happens when the records live in drawers, inboxes and people’s heads.

Everything in Standard, plus the enhanced tier and teams

Set up from a few questions about your building, so you start with the right list and nothing you don’t need.

  • Senior individualnamed, with their role
  • Measures registermonitoring, movement, physical security, information
  • Documented assessmentdrafted from your record
  • Measures reviewonce a year
  • Teamseach area given to a team
  • Several approverstwo or three on every check
  • New starter packsent to everyone you add

Intervals are common practice. Where your own fire risk assessment says otherwise, it takes precedence.

How it works for large venues

  1. Name the senior individual and record the measures

Four areas, each measure with who looks after it. The assessment is drafted from what you’ve recorded.

  2. Give each area to a team

Kitchen, Housekeeping, Security: reminders go to everyone in the team, with two people approving each check.

  3. Report to the board

A printable summary of where the record stands, what was done and what’s outstanding.

Two or threepeople approve each check, if you choose. Nobody approves their own.

800 is enhanced.

At 800 people or more, the four procedures aren’t enough: the Act adds a named senior individual, appropriate public protection measures and a documented assessment for the regulator. Ticketed events for 800 or more count in their own right.

We go through your building, your paperwork and the enhanced duties with you, so the record starts in the right shape.

How do teams work?

Make a team from your people, give it an area of the record, and every member gets the reminders for its checks.
