Questions we hear

Does it apply to us?

If 200 or more people could be there at once, counting staff, volunteers and every room in use, it very likely does. The scope check tells you in two minutes.

What do we actually have to do?

For the standard tier: four procedures, evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication, and make sure the people who work there know them. Nothing to build or buy.

Can’t we just use a template?

A template is blank where your building should be. Ours are drafted from your answers about your building, sent round to read, and kept current.

When do we need it done?

The Government expects the duties to start in spring 2027. Doing it now means everyone knows the procedures well before then.

We already have procedures.

Drop them in. They’re filed, dated, sent round to read, and reviewed every year.

What does it cost?

£29 a month per building from 200 people, £99 from 800, with a 14-day trial. Under 200, Martyn’s Law doesn’t apply.
