Every building, one view.

A diocese, a council, a pub group, an academy trust. Each building with its own record and its own people, and one place to see which need someone first.

Ten or more buildings: volume pricing, a setup call for the group, and one view of every building.

Sound familiar?

  • We find out a site’s behind when something goes wrong.
  • Every site keeps its records differently.
  • The board asks where the group stands, and it takes a month to answer.
  • Site managers change. The records go with them.

None of it is anyone’s fault. It’s what happens when the records live in drawers, inboxes and people’s heads.

Every building’s record, and the view across them

Set up from a few questions about your building, so you start with the right list and nothing you don’t need.

  • A record per buildingwith what that building keeps
  • A named person per buildingand leads who see it
  • Every building in one viewthe ones needing someone first
  • Weekly summaryemailed to the owners
  • Each building priced by sizeSmall, Standard or Large
  • Martyn’s Lawwhere a building is in scope
  • Teams and approverson Large buildings
  • Evidence packper building, on demand
  • Volume pricingfor ten or more
  • A setup callfor the whole group

Intervals are common practice. Where your own fire risk assessment says otherwise, it takes precedence.

How it works for groups

  1. Add each building

A few questions each. Its plan follows its size, so a hall and a hotel are priced differently.

  2. Give each one a person

Site managers and leads see their own building; owners and admins see them all.

  3. Watch the whole group

One view of every building, with the ones needing someone first, and a weekly summary by email.

Every building is assessed on its own.

Martyn’s Law looks at each building, and at events separately. Some of yours will be in scope and some won’t; each is priced to match. Where a committee runs a building you own, the duty usually sits with them.

Questions we hear

How is it priced?

Volume pricing for ten or more buildings, agreed with you. Email hello@venuerecord.co.uk with roughly how many buildings and what kind.

Can each site manager see only their building?

Yes. Leads see their own building; owners and admins see every one.

Can procedures be written once for the group?

Each building gets its own, drafted from that building’s answers, because exits, staff and crowds differ from one to the next. You answer for each building once, and we go through the first few with you on the setup call.

How do we start?

Email us. We’ll set up a call, then add your first few buildings with you.
