How the trial works
- Set up and add a cardAbout ten minutes to set up your building. You add a card at the start, through Stripe; nothing is taken.
- Use it for 14 daysEverything is open. We email you a few days before the trial ends, with the date of your first payment.
- Carry on, or cancelDo nothing and it carries on at £25 a month. Cancel from the billing page before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Questions
We run several buildings.
Each building is priced on its own, on one subscription. Add or archive a building and the next bill changes to match.
What if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You can still read everything and download the evidence pack; you just can’t add to the record until you subscribe again.
Can we switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing page, along with changing your card and downloading invoices.
We have a discount code.
